Brandon Cooley, DDS is proud to serve patients at Kimball & Beecher Family Dentistry’s Iowa City office. Originally from Bettendorf, Iowa, Dr. Cooley earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Iowa before graduating from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2026. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).
Dr. Cooley was inspired to pursue dentistry by the lasting relationships he experienced with his own family dentist growing up. He enjoys the welcoming environment of a dental office and values the opportunity to care for patients and their families throughout every stage of life.
His favorite part of dentistry is helping patients rediscover confidence in their smiles. He appreciates the artistic side of the profession, combining precision and creativity to create healthy, beautiful results. Dr. Cooley believes every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and comfortable. His approach to care focuses on building trust and working alongside patients as a partner in achieving their oral health goals.
Outside the office, Dr. Cooley enjoys spending time with his wife, Julia, who is currently attending the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Together they have two cats, Colfax and Mingo. In his free time, he enjoys reading, playing the cello and guitar, running, strength training, fishing, and playing pickleball. He’s also recently discovered a passion for making homemade sushi and is always open to learning new techniques.
Dr. Cooley is excited to join the team at Kimball & Beecher Family Dentistry and looks forward to building lasting relationships with patients throughout the Iowa City community. He is passionate about giving back to Iowa through community service opportunities and helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles for years to come.
