Dr. Jackson Stigers is excited to join Kimball & Beecher Family Dentistry and serve patients in Iowa City. Originally from Johnston, Iowa, Dr. Stigers earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Iowa State University before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2026.
Dr. Stigers discovered his passion for dentistry while shadowing his hometown dentist and quickly fell in love with the profession. He was drawn to the unique combination of art, science, and patient care that dentistry offers. Today, he finds the greatest fulfillment in helping patients improve their oral health and confidence through healthy, beautiful smiles.
His approach to patient care centers on trust, comfort, and compassion. Dr. Stigers believes every patient deserves to feel at ease during their visit and to know that their best interests are always the priority. His goal is for each patient to leave feeling satisfied, confident, and well cared for.
Outside of the office, Dr. Stigers enjoys traveling, cooking, watching movies, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family. He is engaged to his fiancée, Jennah, and they share their home with two cats, Smokie and Luna. A self-proclaimed car enthusiast, he also enjoys following and learning about all things automotive. When it comes to relaxation, you’ll most likely find him enjoying a beach vacation or playing slow-pitch softball.
Dr. Stigers is looking forward to building lasting relationships with patients and giving back to the community he has called home throughout his dental education. He is especially excited to be part of the supportive, team-focused culture at Kimball & Beecher Family Dentistry and to help patients achieve healthy smiles for years to come.
